Treatment
Treatment is achieved by Tessier's zygoma plasty to increase
anterior and lateral projection of the malar eminences .
Follow-up after the procedure ranges from 4 to 15 months and usually
no complications are associated.
Treatment is targeting interventions aimed to preserve vision,
protect the ocular surface, and reconstruct the bony and soft tissue
dysmorphologies to produce a functional and cosmetic periorbital
outcome .
